Salted Honey Peanut COnutButter Scones

Yields 8 scones

1 cup gluten free flour or oat flour

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup cold butter, cut into cubes

1 small banana mashed

¼ cup COnutButter SHP at room temperature

1 Egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp stevia (optional)

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Combine mashed banana, egg, softened COnutButter, vanilla, and stevia. Set aside.

Using a pastry cutter or fork, cut butter into flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

Using a spatula, Gently fold wet mixture into dry mixture until well incorporated.

Bake at 350 degrees as a flat round disk on parchment paper for 7-10 minutes.

Once cooled, cut into wedges and serve.
