COnutButter Freezer Fudge


COnutButter Freezer Fudge

Yields 8 regular size cups or 16 mini cups

¼ cup melted coconut oil

2 TBLS melted Ghee (can sub grass-fed butter or use more coconut oil)

½ cup COnutButter (any flavor!)

1T Honey or 5 drops of liquid stevia (we used Honey)

1 TBLS cacao powder

Optional: 1 TBLS Grass-fed Collagen (we used Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate)

Optional: top with a sprinkle of sea salt and a drizzle of COnutButter used


Mix ingredients until well incorporated. Pour into paper muffin cups and freeze for 30 minutes or until set! Can Layer the mixture with COnutButter of choice for a nice balance of savory and sweet!
