4-ingredient COnutButter Waffles


Salted Honey Peanut COnutButter Waffles (or pancakes!)


½ medium banana, mashed

¼ cup COnutButter Salted Honey Peanut (Feel free to use Pure Sea Salt and Maple Cinnamon Almond as well!)

1 large egg

1 tsp baking powder


Mix ingredients together until well incorporated. Add optional add-in ingredients (below) if preferred. Grease waffle maker with coconut oil and cook according to maker’s instructions.


*To make pancakes, cook in medium size skillet in coconut oil over medium-high heat


*Optional add-ins: dash of cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, blueberries, dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Optional toppings: MORE COnutButter, yogurt, grass-fed butter, coconut oil and/or *Quick Raspberry Chia Jam (mash together ¼ cup fresh raspberries, 1 TBLS maple syrup, 1 TSP chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes)
